I’m a London-based, Chilean-Canadian freelancer with over ten years of experience working in the theatre industry as a marketer/consultant, playwright and theatre maker.

Arts Marketing

My niche is marketing shows and festivals that are feminist, queer, experimental accessible and engage underrepresented communities. I’m passionate about working closely with producers and companies to better understand who their audiences are and how best to reach them. Before going freelance full-time in 2022, I was the Marketing & Audience Development Manager at Camden People’s Theatre for over four years.

Recent clients include: Kensington & Chelsea Festival, Tangle Theatre, FlawBored Theatre, Lora Krasteva, Mariana Malena Theatre, Urban Foxes Collective and Inky Cloak.

If you’re looking for marketing support, here’s a list of services that I offer:

  • Marketing campaign strategy and management
  • Audience development and outreach
  • Social media strategy and management
  • Social media ads and digital paid advertising
  • Content creation
  • Copywriting (social media, email comms, websites, blogs)
  • Email marketing (MailChimp & DotDigital)
  • Website management (WordPress, Squarespace and custom-made CMS)
  • Project management for new websites
  • CRM: Spektrix (Sales/Insights & Mailings/Admin interfaces)
  • Consultancy and training
  • Marketing accessible events
  • Evaluation and reporting

Playwriting & Theatre Making

Reoccurring themes in my work include Latinx/migrant identity, cycles, memories, trauma, coming-of-age and female-led narratives.

In 2020 I was a writer-on-attachment at Oxford Playhouse and in 2021 I took part in HighTide Theatre’s School of HighTide. I hold an MFA in Writing for Stage & Broadcast Media from the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama.

My work has been presented at Oxford Playhouse, Camden People’s Theatre, Theatre 503, The Space, Drayton Arms Theatre, Zoo Venues, Theatre N16, The Bike Shed Theatre, The Acorn Theatre, the Warren at Brighton Fringe and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
