During 2023 and 2024 we’re shaking up how the Boundless leadership team works and are looking for a new Co-Artistic Director & CEO and Co-Executive Director to work with us for 6 months.
We’re looking for 4 people in total, (2 in 2023 and 2 in 2024) who will join the team on a full salary and a part time contract. If you’re aged 18-25 and interested in developing leadership experience then this is for you.
These are jobs rather than placements and we’re going to be handing over leadership responsibility, shared with our Artistic Director Rob and Executive Director Ellie.
As part of this recruitment process, we are running networking and information sessions online and in-person on 1 and 2 March. The online event is open to all but the in-person event will be allocated first come first served and operate a waiting list once we are at capacity.

- In-Person, Thursday 2nd March, 4pm – 5pm
