Following the appointment of Bec Martin as Artistic Director and CEO of New Diorama, we are now seeking a passionate and determined Executive Director to work alongside her and lead us into our next stage of development.
We’re looking for an ambitious, strategic leader ready to roll up their sleeves and establish a strategic vision and shape the plans and programmes to deliver that vision; and who has the insight and appetite for the financial, fundraising and day-to-day operational challenges facing an independent venue and organisation without core public support.
We’re open to different models of working, joint/job share applications, candidates from a range of professional backgrounds; or other combination or partnership models of leadership. We would also consider offering the role on a Joint CEO basis.
