The Executive Producer (Touring & Partnerships) will be a member of the Executive team alongside the Artistic Director/CEO and the Executive Producer (Creative Strategy and Business).
The Executive Producer roles have been divided as a job share to enable there to be focus and capacity on key areas of the company’s growth. This role would suit someone who has experience in partnership development, both in reaching new relationships but also maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships.
They will seek commissions and co-productions amplifying Beyond Face’s programme of work. Alongside this the candidate will need to have knowledge and experience in touring small to mid scale theatre shows including skills such as contract negotiation, working with artists on schedules and logistics, as well storytelling and fundraising.
The candidate for this role should be passionate, motivated and excited about Beyond Face’s Vision and Mission.
Location: Ideally the candidate would live in the South West, or be willing to travel. We pride ourselves on advocating and championing the South West, so it is important that the successful candidate has knowledge of the South West arts and cultural sector.

Beyond Face is a South-West based theatre company founded in 2015 by Alix Harris. Our Vision is to lead the South West into becoming a recognised region that amplifies and celebrates Global Majority people in the arts and culture sector.
Our Mission is to be at the forefront of providing opportunities for artists of the Global Majority to live, work and thrive in the South West theatre sector. We aim to reframe the narrative around what is perceived as quality and to bring focus to the region.
