The Inclusive Practice Officer is a new fixed term role at Battersea Arts Centre for someone who is committed to access and inclusion who will help to embed and maintain inclusive practice across all aspects of the organisation as part of our transition toward becoming a more inclusive organisation.
This role is an initial 9-month fixed term post to support the roll out and embedding of a new stagey for inclusive practice within BAC. The Inclusive Practice Officer will work closely with The Head of Inclusive practice, The Head of People and the wider team to drive forward the legacy of this project, bringing best practice, innovative ideas, and valuable experience of embedding access to our organisation.
You will coordinate the implementation of best practice across projects and processes and enable staff to build their skills and confidence in this area. You will be a team player, collaborative and someone who knows how to get the best out of people.
