We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager (NT Live) to join our Digital Media Department.

The National Theatre Live marketing team provide marketing and sales leadership. The Marketing Manager role will be responsible for creative marketing campaigns of the National Theatre Live programme, ensuring strong sales by nurturing existing customers and attracting a wide range of new audiences. They will hold key external relationships with agencies, theatres and distribution partners and be a brand champion for the programmes. The post-holder will also contribute to department-wide initiatives for audience development work, access and strategies for engaging audiences online through digital content and social media.

You will work closely with colleagues in the Programming, Production and Distribution teams as well as the Graphic Design Studio, Content Production Studio, Press and Development teams and external partner theatres, cinema chains as well as other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Significant experience of developing and executing through-the-line marketing campaigns in cultural, entertainment, film or cinema sectors.
  • Strong experience of using data and insight to inform decision-making and measuring impact.
  • Experience of building commercial relationships and managing a wide range of stakeholders, including agencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable pitching, presenting and negotiating. Copywriting skills and experience of proof reading.
  • Driven and self-motivated individual and the ability to think creatively.
