Programme Support Delivery

  • Assist the Programme teams, through providing administrative support the theatre and film productions and events. This will include contracts, arrangements and scheduling.
  • Ensure that all contracts have been raised in accordance with HOME procedures and maintain contract files.
  • Attend all planning, progress and production meetings for Theatre and Film, and update meetings as and when required.
  • Assist the Film Programme Producer with print transport to and from the venue, for international shipments and UK shipments of special features.
  • Ensure that purchase orders and invoices are raised and correctly coded.
  • Ensure that all payroll information, including new starter forms and signed contracts for visiting artists and speakers is completed correctly.
  • Ensure all the necessary information is available to produce and update the contact sheets for all productions / visiting shows and film events.
  • Assist the Finance team in completing the settlement of each production/events.
  • Where we are funded for a specific programme or Festival, liaise with the funder to prepare and submit the necessary paperwork.
  • Prepare the Theatre and Film Teams Quarterly KPI Statistical information and maintain full records of all aspects for the various reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit HOME’s Quarterly PRS Returns, liaising with departments and visiting companies, as needed.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of developments in UK Theatre / Equity theatre practices and regulations.
