The Battersea Arts Centre Operations Team are looking to recruit a new Senior Duty Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead the public facing BAC team in delivering a multitude of groundbreaking performances, events and other activity. Working with artists, clients and visitors, the Senior Duty Manager will shape the offer and the experience for all building users across the venue. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a career in venue management, operations and customer experience. It is also the opportunity to develop people management and administration skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
This role will work proactively across the building overseeing a variety of activity. Manual handling is required, including navigating BAC’s large heritage building (Battersea old Town Hall), using staircases, working in confined spaces and moving objects such as chairs and tables.

Interviews will take place in person at Battersea Arts Centre. We can provide a BSL interpreter if required.
