Oxford Playhouse is one of the country’s leading regional theatres. The only not-for-profit mid-scale venue in Oxfordshire, The Playhouse showcases international, national, regional, community and student companies, with over 850 events per year, including its own productions, to bring inspirational performance to Oxfordshire.
The Playhouse is an active charity, with social, educational, and artistic aims. Alongside the artistic programme is an exciting and diverse programme of creative learning, outreach work & participatory activity which engages with around 20,000 people each year. Designed to inspire, connect, and support, the programme places particular focus on young people, developing artists and playwrights and those adversely affected by social and educational inequality in the city and region.
The Box Office Manager will manage the sales operation, ensuring timely set up of productions and events and developing initiatives to increase revenue via the Box Office and online. To play a key role in the customer experience and lead and manage the Box Office team to champion excellence in customer care and ticketing.
