Why should you apply?
- You will play a central role in the development and delivery of our arts programmes in Wales, by supporting the cultural sector to connect and collaborate internationally.
- You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of Arts and Creative Industry programmes supported by the British Council, their partners, or client-funders.
- You will work on the delivery of Arts activities in Wales through four global programmes: Culture Connects, Spotlights on Culture, Creative Economy and Arts Responds to Global Challenges.
- You will work with a small team in Wales led by Head of Arts, Wales, reporting to Country Director Wales. You will manage and deliver effective, high quality arts partnership projects and individual programmes, while maintaining important relationships with sector partners and stakeholders.
- You will build excellent relationships with peers in the region and across the global arts network, collaborating on global programmes and ensuring that our arts programme is aligned with British Council, Welsh Government, and arts sector priorities in Wales.
