We are really excited to announce this new, full-time role with Hubbub. It is a senior and forward-looking role and the postholder will join Hubbub at a crucial stage in the organisations development.
It is an exciting time to join Hubbub! Through a track record for successful fundraising, delivering a successful actor training programme, expanding community offer, and an in-demand training offer, we are now looking for someone to join our team as our Business Director to help us to continue to develop our income generation, business planning, fundraising and general operations.
This Business Director will work closely with our Artistic Director/CEO Jen Sumner, to ensure Hubbub is in a strong position to continue to attract core funding and ongoing project grants from major funders and commissioners, to meet our charitable aims & objectives, increase our reach and the impact of our work supporting, autistic, learning disabled and neurodivergent creative people.
We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment as you will work in close collaboration with Hubbub’s Leadership Group of Co-Directors, the Hubbub team, actor company, community & the Board of Trustees.
We are a non-hierarchical, disability co-led organisation ‘doing things differently’ for the benefit of our company, community & environment.
The Business Director will play an instrumental part in developing our Regenerative Business Model and philosophy, underpinned by the training & research of the nature inspired regenerative organisational development programme, ‘Think Like A Forest’ delivered by the organisation, ‘Think Like A Tree’.
