We’re seeking passionate people from anywhere in the UK to join the board of a pioneering arts development organisation in Bradford as we get ready to become the UK City of Culture 2025.
Bradford Producing Hub (BPH) is a major cultural development organisation for Bradford and the region. By carefully listening to the needs of the sector we have built a range of exciting, impactful, schemes and initiatives that support individuals and organisations develop the skills, networks, and opportunities they need to achieve their creative potential.
This is a really exciting time to join BPH – not only will you be one of the founding Board members of the new company, but you will be here to guide it through a vital period in its growth. You will support our role as Capacity Building Partner for Bradford 2025 City of Culture; developing the district’s creative talents and laying the foundation for an enduring and viable legacy to the City of Culture year.
We’re looking to create a diverse Board that is reflective of the demographic of the Bradford District and the nation. We are looking for a Chair with some board member or trustee experience. For the Board member roles, experience is not necessary – full training and development will be provided as part of the induction process. Board members do not need to be based in Bradford – just love what we do and be willing to visit us regularly for meetings.
