As Artsadmin heads towards its 50th year of producing and supporting extraordinary work by ground-breaking artists and creatives, we’re seeking similarly brilliant people to join the team and help us continue to adapt to the world around us.

The Chief Operating Officer will join the organisation at a pivotal time of change to lead and inspire Artsadmin’s future.

Be part of an inclusive organisation that centres artists and artistic practice, from our home in London’s East End, reaching audiences across the UK and around the world:

  • Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 gross per annum dependent on experience
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent – 40 hours per week
  • Annual leave: 20 days, plus eight public holidays. Artsadmin currently operates a two-week, discretionary closure over Christmas and New Year in addition to staff leave entitlement
  • Location: Principally at Toynbee Studios, Aldgate East, London. Remote working will be possible in line with our Hybrid Working Policy
  • Reports to: Board of Trustees
