The Point & The Berry Theatre are looking for a creative, dynamic and ambitious senior manager to join our team. Working across venues in Eastleigh and Hedge End, this is a great opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic team player who has a passion for the arts and a positive can-do attitude.
This role will lead on driving innovative income growth and proactively seek out new opportunities for income generation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in income generation and will contribute to the overall organisational strategy as part of the management team driving income growth.
This role is required to work across Eastleigh Borough with focus at The Point, Eastleigh & The Berry, Hedge End and will include some evening and weekend working.
Overview of role duties
The successful candidate will work with the Business Director to develop The Point and The Berry Theatre’s income generation activity. With a focus on making the most of current assets: our venues & equipment; our audiences and visitors; content and talent to drive diversification of revenue streams, including a measurable increase in commercial, product, corporate and individual giving income including donation and membership campaigns.
