We’re seeking an exceptionally motivated, well-connected, entrepreneurial individual to lead and develop our programme of community engagement. Meaningful commitment to engagement and access, as well as co-creation and co-leadership lie at the heart of this work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the centre of planning and delivery within the Creative Engagement team, located across both of our venues, with the Barnfield becoming a vibrant community hub. Working closely with the Executive team, Creative Engagement team and local partners, this is a hands-on role with considerable scope to shape and drive the vision, and to be involved in embedding the work across the organisation.
