Complicité is recruiting two roles to form an exciting new Creative Campaigns team – Producer and Coordinator.
Being one of the world’s best loved theatre companies, these posts will help Complicité cultivate, deepen and honour the unique relationship we have with our communities: not as passive recipients of our work but as collaborators and co-creators. The team will incorporate marketing, communications and individual giving functions to allow for more expansive thinking about how we engage our audiences, participants and supporters.
We’re interested in hearing from individuals from marketing, fundraising and campaigning backgrounds, but if you think you’d be brilliant at this and have taken another career route – please get in touch for an informal chat, as the right person is more important than the right CV.
Contract: Fixed term to October 2024 with strong possibility for extension
Creative Campaigns Producer – Full time (40hrs per week)
Creative Campaigns Coordinator – 0.8 FTE (32hrs per week)
