Pleasance is looking for a pro-active, capable and motivated Deputy Box Office Manager to help lead the team with a meticulous attention to detail and a keen interest in comedy and theatre.
They will oversee the day-to-day running of the Box Office and assist the Box Office Manager with income generation and sales tracking. The Deputy Manager plays a key role in the delivery of the venue’s ticketing facility and, during August, will provide operational and pastoral support for the fifty strong Box Office and Arts Industry teams.
The successful candidate will be equally confident in front-facing customer service environments as they are in administration and have a proven track record for delivering excellent customer care.
Reporting to and deputising for the Box Office Manager, the Deputy is also responsible for managing a variety of administrative and reception tasks and provides essential support in the delivery of festival operations each August.
