Unique Community is seeking Lead Drama Workshop Facilitators to join our pool of freelancers working across all programs.
All projects at Unique Community are delivered as a team and require an open, adaptable, enthusiastic and problem-solving approach to delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ To plan and deliver drama sessions.
+ To facilitate a safe, calm, prepared and FUN atmosphere throughout the day
+ To work with the rest of the facilitating team to develop plans.
+ To support sessions delivered by other team members

UNIQUE COMMUNITY//RECRUITMENT
+ To provide pastoral support to participants as required
+ To liaise with Management, Wellbeing Officer & Team Members to ensure participants are supported well throughout the sessions
ADMINISTRATION, EVALUATION & RECORD KEEPING
+ To access and be able to navigate google drive folders
+ To complete registers where necessary
+ To upload session plans to google drive
+ To collect ongoing feedback from participants
+ To complete facilitator feedback post-project
+ To attend pre-project planning session
SAFEGUARDING / HEALTH & SAFETY
+ To read Unique Community’s child protection & safeguarding policy and Healthy & Safety Policy
+ To read and follow Unique Community’s risk assessment for the project
+ To follow Unique Community’s safeguarding procedures
+ To provide a complete or undergo a DBS check at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the project
