Frozen Light are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Director to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can lead the strategic development of the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring we reach our fundraising target, managing the administrative team, reporting to the board of trustees and managing the reporting requirements of our NPO agreement.
Hours: The role is full time with a minimum of three days a week in our office in Norwich. Due to the touring nature of our organisation there will be some travel required at certain points in the year.
Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, paid through PAYE.
Start Date: December 2024
