Role: Executive Director
Salary: £32,550, per annum, pro rata
Contract: Permanent Hours:
Part time, between 24 – 32 hours per week, depending on the candidate.
We operate a Time Off In Lieu system.
Location: In Venue, at Streatham Space Project.

Responsible for: Events Producer
Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year + public holidays
Notice Period: 3 months
Probation Period: 6 months
The deadline is 15th March 2024, 10am. Interviews are planned for Thursday 21st March/second interview on Monday 25th March.
The Executive Director will be responsible for the financial sustainability, business plan and overall management of Streatham Space Project. You will lead on fundraising and financial management and will closely collaborate with the Creative Director on organisation planning and developing business strategies.
As part of the senior management team, you will be able to think strategically about the future of the venue and will work with the Creative Director to deliver an ambitious and financially robust business plan. You will be an inspirational leader with the ability to develop and maintain key external relationships manage.
You will develop and implement an organisational culture and management structures that deliver the conditions for Streatham Space Project’s artistic vision to thrive. This role would suit someone with previous management experience in an arts organisation or someone with excellent producing skills looking to move into a more senior role. This will be a Board appointment and will report directly to the Board of Trustees. The post is also Company Secretary.
