Waterperry Opera Festival is looking to recruit a new General Manager to join our team. This hands-on role is integral to planning and executing our annual activities, especially the summer festival, when our team expands significantly. We’re looking for a people-oriented leader who can be a central resource for our team and departments, taking the initiative on strategic priorities. A major focus will be on consolidating processes to build a foundation for future financial, artistic, and strategic growth.
