This is a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to play an integral part in a thriving, dynamic Sales and Marketing team. The organisation is seeking to find a confident candidate with a proven track record in Arts marketing, in particular campaign management and digital practice, to join us as Head of Marketing & Digital.
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate integrity and superb motivational leadership with knowledge across all of the traditional marketing mix with particular emphasis relating to digital, including SEO, Google Analytics, all paid-for platforms, and social media.
As the organisation celebrates the reopening of all its public spaces, we are taking this opportunity to redefine ourselves and further promote our advocacy work within the community, in addition to working alongside national touring productions and our very own critically acclaimed Made In Northampton Productions.
