The Edinburgh International Festival is strategically growing and refocusing our Development team to drive ambitious fundraising plans to support our mission under the new leadership of Festival Director Nicola Benedetti. The Head of Partnerships reports to the Director of Development and, with the Head of Philanthropy and Head of Events & Stewardship, will be a part of the core leadership of the Development team.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment, excel in creative problem-solving, and enjoy both the science and art of fundraising, then please apply!

In this role, you will manage all fundraising activities for corporates, strategic and international partners, and public funders. You will create and drive forward an ambitious and strategic donor-centric fundraising plan in your area, and work collaboratively to achieve comprehensive Development goals.

The International Festival’s Development Team is comprised of curious, hard-working, and creative individuals who are all deeply committed to EIF and the role the arts play in enriching our lives and bringing world cultures together. The Head of Partnerships leads a team of three, including two direct reports.

We believe that being inclusive and diverse across all areas of our work helps us bring the best international festival to Edinburgh. We believe that an inclusive culture is the foundation for a successful workplace, and we strive to grow our diverse representation across our staff, our artists, and our audiences. We are committed to equality of opportunity and welcome applications from individuals, regardless of their backgrounds and life experience.
