Candoco Dance Company is seeking an experienced Producer with curatorial experience, who has a record of working at a senior and strategic level in live performance. A confident leader and communicator, who is skilled at supporting teams and delivering interconnected programmes of work – with a close attention to accessible practices and approaches. The ideal candidate will be equally passionate about the experience of artists, participants and audiences.
From 2023 onwards, we are focusing on ensuring a culture of radical access and the formation of equitable spaces, where disabled and non-disabled people can work together to co-create programmes of engagement for and with artists, participants and audiences.
We would also like to share that Candoco is committed to supporting incoming and existing staff, with time, resources and mentoring, as they navigate the nuances and complexities of what it means to understand and embed a truly inclusive culture.
