Home, Manchester’s Art Centre, is seeking an experienced IT support individual to join our team with excellent customer service and a willingness to learn.
As the IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective first-line technical support to teams both on-site and remotely. This is a critical role within the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the technological infrastructure of HOME.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of ICT in developing, maintaining, and improving our systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and creative environment.
