We are looking for a New Views Project Manager to join the National Theatre Learning and National Partnership Team.
New Views is a year-long in-school playwriting programme for students aged 14 to 19. Each school is paired with a professional playwright who supports students to write their own plays, through visits, mentoring and teacher CPD. The programme has been on pause across the 2024 / 2025 academic year, to enable an in-depth review and evaluation of the programme and will relaunch in 2025.
The New Views Project Manager is managed by the Head of Young People’s Programmes.
The Project Manager manages the daily running of the New Views programme, in particular acting as the point of contact between participating schools and freelance staff and artists working on the programme, and producing the New Views Festival at the National Theatre. They are also responsible for the coordination of events that take place as part of the programme, maintaining the programme website and implementing communications about New Views.
