Reporting to the Artistic Director and working closely with the Executive Director, the Producer/Programmer will support the planning and delivery of an ambitious, diverse and creative set of productions across both theatre spaces.

They will take the lead on producing in-house productions, working closely with each director on all aspects of the show, including pastoral care of the creative and production teams, and will be responsible for delivering the shows on budget.

They will also work proactively with the development team to identify and pursue opportunities for production-specific fundraising, including contribution to and proofreading of ACE and other T&F production-specific grant applications.

They will form part of the core programming team with the Artistic and Executive Directors, including sharing the management of a Development and Producing Assistant with the Development Director and overseeing a small team of readers and viewers who work through submissions of scripts and ideas that have the potential to be produced or presented at Park Theatre. They will also lead on any artistic development.
