Your Role: As a Programme Producer at Marlborough Productions, you will play a
pivotal role in contributing to the future of queer culture. You will have the
opportunity to work with and inspire a talented team, ensuring that our projects
and initiatives continue to thrive and evolve. Your creative vision and operational
skills will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.
Working closely with the Senior Programme Producer and other Programme
Producers, the Programme Producer will lead on producing projects, maintaining
relationships with artists and oversee the running of projects.
We are aware that applicants may not feel that they have experience in all areas
of the role description or meet all of the features of the person specification.
We are able to offer training and development opportunities to support the
right candidate to grow into this role.
