This role will work closely with and supporting the Heads of Theatre, Cinema, Visual Art, Artist Development and Creative Development in delivering the artistic aims of the organisation by planning and supervising all technical aspects of programme production and presentation for HOME.
Contribute to the overall collective leadership and creative strategy for the organisation and to lead on key strategic priorities as appropriate. Work closely with the organisations Artistic, Creative and Artistic Development, Operations, Production, Finance, Development and Marketing and Communication teams to ensure that agreed artistic and business outcomes are achieved.
