VAULT Creative Arts is looking for a collaborative, ambitious, and detail-oriented Ticketing & Sales Manager to lead, manage, and optimise the ticketing and sales for all VAULT events and programmes.

SUITABILITY

• Box Office Manager in an arts organisation or events company;
• Ticketing Manager or Ticketing Coordinator in an arts organisation or events company;
• Ticketing Specialist in an arts organisation or events company;

PURPOSE

The Ticketing & Sales Manager will lead the organisation’s ticketing strategy and be central to its delivery and success across all VAULT events and programmes. They will work to optimise sales across tickets, merchandise, memberships, donations, and ancillary products, strategically work to meet financial and service targets, lead and motivate the box office team, and ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered.

Working closely with the Head of Communications, Marketing Manager, and the Programming, Operations, and Production teams, the Ticketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for project managing ticketing “On Sales”for all VAULT projects and programmes. They will be responsible for managing box office and ancillary sales, including leading the box office team, completing robust reporting procedures and developing sales strategies in collaboration with the Head of Communications, Marketing Manager and Business Director.
