Responsible to: Creative Director
Key Relationships: Creative Director, Executive Director, and entire TOM staff; external bookers, agents and managers, suppliers; general enquiries for hires; independent artists; community partners
Contract: Fixed term, part-time
Salary: £19,200 (£24,000 FTE)
Hours: 28 hours per week / 4 days
Holidays: 23 days statutory days per annum (including bank holidays) (28 days FTE)
Team TOM is a small, close-knit and friendly team. This new role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery of administrative support across all areas of the organisation. You will provide effective, efficient support in collaboration with Team TOM colleagues across events, shows, finance, office management, and general activities.
