Roundhouse Works opened in June 2023, a space for 18-30 year old entrepreneurs and freelancers in the creative industries to work, learn and network from. Our mission is to nurture talent and support young people to have sustainable careers in the creative industries, and Roundhouse Works strives to achieve this through its workspace facilities and bespoke programming.

The role:
This is an exciting time to join the team as Roundhouse Works has recently opened with a diverse community of creatives that you can be part of growing.
The Workspace Coordinator will play a key role in the member experience and smooth running of operations. This role will report into the Workspace Manager and support the onboarding process, member events and building a thriving community.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in an operational role and/or coordinating varied programmes for young people aged between 18-30 and delivering these to time and within budget. Excellent communication, administration and independent working skills are essential as is a commitment to developing young creatives.

The successful candidate will be required to have a current and acceptable DBS check due to the nature of the role.

Deadline: Wednesday 16th August at 9am
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week. This post will require being flexible in days/hours worked throughout the week and involves evenings and weekend
Example of shifts include: Weekdays 1.30pm – 9.30pm & Weekends 9.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: £20,800 per annum (pro rata of £26,000 per annum)
