Zest is an award-winning company that creates exhilarating theatre and cultural experiences for, with and inspired by those under 25.
From April 2023, Zest Theatre will join Arts Council England’s National Portfolio of Organisations, receiving £540,000 of support over the next three years. This investment will enable Zest to create increasingly transformative, high-quality theatre and cultural experiences for thousands of young people across the length of the country between 2023 – 2026, whilst expanding our core team to 5 permanent staff.
The Executive Producer is a key leadership role within this exciting expansion. You will be responsible for the smooth operational running of Zest’s day-to-day business administration and have oversight of the logistics and organisation of the Company’s touring activities, productions, and installations. Ideally, you would work in person from Zest’s offices in central Lincoln at least 2 days per week. Zest is open to flexible, remote working arrangements that best support our staff’s needs and development. We, therefore, encourage candidates from across the UK to apply.
