CRIPtic Arts is looking for a passionate and ambitious disabled Development Producer to work closely with our Lead Producer to deliver our flagship Artist Development Programme cultivating the careers of disabled people in the arts and spotlighting their work.
This role is reserved for a disabled person, by this we mean “people who face disableist [including audist] barriers”, or “people who identify themselves as deaf or disabled – or are identified by others as deaf or disabled in society”. We also include people who might not self-define as disabled but who face disableist barriers, including chronically ill and neurodivergent people. You can read more about what we mean by this here.
Hours: 14 hours per week (spread over a maximum of 3 days, including evening and weekend events)
Start date: w/c 5 February 2024 (12 month fixed-term contract)
Location: Remote
Salary: £30,000 pro rata
