VAULT Creative Arts is looking for an ambitious, proactive, and strategic  Event Sales Manager to design and deliver the commercial hires strategy for VAULT across multiple venues, managing the delivery of unique and exceptional events, building strong client relationships and generating revenue for the organisation. 


We think you’ll likely be suitable for this role if you have held one or more of the following roles before:

  • Event or Hires Sales Manager
  • Event Manager or Coordinator 
  • Commercial Hires Coordinator


The Event Sales Manager will lead on designing and delivering VAULT’s commercial hires strategy across multiple venues, generating essential revenue to support the organisation’s core mission of creating electrifying experiences for audiences and cultivating thriving creative communities. 

The Event Sales Manager will work to generate and convert commercial hires sales whilst cultivating positive and long term client relationships, oversee event planning and internal resource management, work to achieve financial targets, and collaborate closely with the wider VAULT team to deliver in-house events.

The Event Sales Manager will work closely with the Technical & Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Head of Operations, Operations Coordinator, and Bars & Cáfes Managerto manage resources and deliver high quality commercial events and hires. They will be responsible for managing the Artifax room management system, as well working closely with the Administrator on contracting and invoicing. They will deliver exceptional client and customer service, and work to build positive and proactive relationships with new and existing clients and businesses.
