Overview:
Russell Maliphant Dance Company is looking for a new General Manager. This is a varied role which is pivotal in the smooth running of the organisation, providing day-to-day administration and strategic guidance for the organization across key areas.
This is a 3-5 days a week hybrid role for a General Manager where company is located in London with flexibility for remote work. £40,000 p/a full time, pro rata, dependent on availability. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations and leading the development and implementation of business strategies and plans. They will also manage finances & budgets, as well as develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
The General Manager is responsible for the efficient running of a viable and stable arts organization focused on delivering its vision. They are responsible for managing our human, studio and financial resources and will take the lead in the development and implementation of excellent organizational policies and practices.
