The Head of Creative Engagement is responsible for leading, developing and delivering our engagement strategy. This role is instrumental in realising organisational plans in this area of our activity.
The role is public-facing position and therefore requires strong and strategic leadership skills alongside an entrepreneurial outlook. There is a key requirement to ensure continuous evaluation of outcomes against the Creative Engagement strategy and alignment with the overall business plan and objectives. This is alongside embedding engagement across our programmes and fostering community engagement through the power of art and culture.
About:
- You will be creating and driving forward strategic initiatives as well as crafting transformative experiences for diverse participants and audiences.
- Your strategic leadership and entrepreneurial approach will spearhead these public-facing initiatives, creating and curating engaging activities and opportunities that leave a lasting impact on the lives of individuals spanning different generations.
- Continuous evaluation and alignment with our objectives will be second nature to you, supporting our ambitions as a community-based venue in the heart of Brixton.
