Upswing is looking for an outstanding, dynamic and highly motivated Senior Producer with proven experience to take on the lead of the development, planning, delivery and touring of our mid to large scale productions. The Senior Producer will also demonstrate knowledge and experience of overseeing creative engagement programmes and sector development initiatives as well as generally support organisational development.
Working closely with Artistic Director Vicki Dela Amedume and in regular contact
with the Executive Director Camille Ben Soussan, you will support the leadership
team in driving the artistic programme forward, enabling new partnerships to flourish and developing the next generation of artists and creatives.
This is a key role at an exciting time for the company as we emerge from the
pandemic with relocation plans and an international outlook for an ambitious
programme of work.
