We’re seeking an exceptionally motivated, well-connected, entrepreneurial individual to lead and develop our newly-expanded Futures programme. Futures is at the heart of our plan to become a national beacon of excellence for talent and skills development in all aspects of theatre-making.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the centre of the planning and delivery of Futures, located across both of our venues, with the Barnfield becoming a vibrant hub for local artists of all ages. Working closely with the Executive team, Creative Engagement team and multiple local partners, this is a hands-on role with considerable scope to shape and drive the vision, and to be involved in embedding talent development, across the organisation.
