The Visitor Experience & Operations Manager is a key public-facing role for Shoreditch Town Hall, responsible for ensuring a high level of service to all users of the building and a welcoming experience for all artists and event hirers. It also supports the Head of Operations on the administrative and operational management relating to the Town Hall’s building, trading function, casual staff and volunteer teams.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week to include evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and other unsocial hours where necessary
Salary: £30,000 per annum
