Be a part of a programme led by young people, for young people. Join A New Direction’s Young Advisors!
A New Direction has significant experience ensuring that young people have agency and voice within our offer. As a National Portfolio Organisation, we aim to develop this work into a robust and sustainable youth governance model.
During November 2023 we will work with up to 20 young people to co-produce an approach to youth governance in the future. We are currently recruiting a new group of ‘Advisors’. This will be a paid opportunity.
If you are aged between 18 and 30 at the time the programme is delivered and living in London, this project will provide opportunities for you to:
- Participate in creative activities.
- Develop skills as leaders and advisers.
- Have your voice heard and elevated about what matters to you.
- Deepen your understanding of A New Direction and the wider creative sector.
- Connect with other young people and youth collectives.
- Learn about how Arts Council England NPO’s work and how they fit into the public sector.
